Help with Pocket Fishing, and how to reach us.

The quickest way to reach us is the Feedback button inside the game. It's on the Settings board and the pause board, and it sends your note along with the game's version and your phone's model, which helps us find bugs quickly. You can also email games@kondisoftworks.com.

Common questions

Where can I get the game?

On Google Play for Android. It's coming soon to iPhone: join the launch list and we'll send you one email when it's out.

Is it free?

Yes, Pocket Fishing is free to play. You can buy gems and bait if you'd like more, but you never need to. There are no forced ads: a short video plays only when you tap Watch a video to earn a few gems.

Something I bought didn't arrive.

Close the game and open it again with an internet connection, and it should appear. If it still hasn't, email us with the order number from your App Store or Google Play receipt, and we'll sort it out.

How do I get a refund?

Payments go through Apple or Google, so refunds do too. On iPhone, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, see Google Play's refund help.

Can I turn off personalised ads?

Yes. Change your ad choice in the game's Settings, and on iPhone turn tracking off for the game in Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking. The videos still work, they just aren't personalised. The privacy policy has the details.

I've run out of bait. What now?

Bait refills by itself, one every few minutes up to 25, even while the game is closed. Have a break, or spend gems on a refill if you're keen.

Where is my progress saved?

On your phone, and, if you're signed in to Game Center on iPhone or Google Play Games on Android, a copy is kept with that account too. Sign in to the same account on a new phone and your game comes with you. If the phone and the account ever have different games, the game asks which one to keep. Without a games account, deleting the game deletes your progress.

How often will the game send notifications?

At most once a day, and only when something real happens, such as your bait bag filling up or the weather turning to one your fish love. You can turn them off in the game's Settings. If you want to know every time your bag is full, switch on Bait alerts there.

How do I stop the game sending play stats?

Switch off Play stats in the game's Settings, under Account. The privacy policy explains what they contain.

A fish snapped my line. Did I lose anything?

You lose that fish, and mending the line costs a few coins. Nothing else is lost. Upgrade your line to hold heavier fish.

I found a bug.

Thank you! Please send it with the Feedback button in the game. Tell us what you were doing when it happened. If the game won't open, email us with your phone's model and system version instead.
